Continuously variable resolution of resource allocation
US Patent 10,387,815
August 20, 2019
Embodiments are directed towards allocating resources in a business system. A data model that includes a plurality data objects may be generated, such that each data object includes a plurality of data object line items. Allocation rules that allocate resources between the data objects may be generated. The allocation rules may be employed to identify key features of data objects, such that the key features are used by the allocation rules to allocate resources. If key features are identified, grouped objects that separately correspond to the data objects that include key features may be generated. Also, grouped object line items may be generated for each of the grouped objects based on each distinct value of the key features, such that the data object line items are collapsed into grouped object line items based on the distinct values of the key features.

The opposing lateral sidewalls at least partially surround a magazine well. A mounting surface is configured on the lower receiver body along one of the forward end wall, first lateral sidewall, and second lateral sidewall. A custom face is removably attachable to the mounting surface.
Container with padlock mount
US Patent 10,384,844
August 20, 2019
An improved mount for receiving a padlock to securely enclose a case includes a pair of aligned holes and aligned indentations formed in the lid and the container body. The padlock mount includes a saddle formed between one of the holes and indentations, with a peripheral sidewall to restrict rotational movement of a padlock shackle. A padlock receptacle receives the padlock body in a recessed area to protect it against damage and restrict movement.
Insertion tool for implanting a paddle lead and methods and systems utilizing the tool
US Patent 10,384,055
August 20, 2019
An insertion tool for a paddle lead includes an insertion tool body having a receiving end portion; a stylet channel extending along the insertion tool body; a stylet disposed in the stylet channel; and an actuator assembly disposed along the handling end portion of the insertion tool body and coupled to the stylet. The actuator assembly controls transitioning of the stylet between a first position and a second position. In some instances, the stylet can be a wire stylet that is inserted into a lumen in the paddle body of the paddle lead. In some instances, the stylet of the insertion tool pushes lead bodies of the paddle lead out of the insertion tool to release the paddle lead. In some instances, the insertion tool includes a paddle envelope to hold the paddle lead.
Apparatus, systems and methods for distribution of addressable content
US Patent 10,382,833
August 13, 2019
Systems and methods are operable to distribute targeted assets to a plurality of media devices. An exemplary embodiment generates an asset file defined by an asset file time period, wherein target assets are selected for saving into the asset file when the intended initial presentation time of a target asset falls within the asset file time period of the asset file that is being generated. Then, the asset file is communicated to a plurality of media devices at a time in advance of the intended initial presentation times of a target asset of the asset file.
Apparatus, systems and methods for buffering of media content
US Patent 10,382,815
August 13, 2019
Media content presentation systems and methods are operable to present media content received by a media device, wherein the media device comprises a plurality of tuner systems. An exemplary embodiment tunes the plurality of tuners to receive different broadcasting media content streams each comprising a streaming media content event; communicates the streaming media content events from the receiving tuner to a corresponding tuner buffer of the tuner system; and stores a portion of the streaming media content events into the corresponding tuner buffers. When a user selection is received for presentation of one of the streaming media content events, the selected one of the streaming media content events are presented to a user of the media device.
Apparatus, systems and methods for control of media content event recording
US Patent 10,382,814
August 13, 2019
Systems and methods are operable to record a media content event at a media device. An exemplary embodiment grabs a series of subsequently received image frames from the media content event that is being recorded after a monitored real time reaches a closing credits monitor time, wherein the closing credits monitor time is a recording end time less a predefined duration. The embodiment then analyzes each of the image frames to identify an occurrence of text presented in the analyzed image frame, determines that the identified text corresponds to closing credits of the media content event if the at least one attribute of the identified text matches a corresponding predefined closing credits attribute, and initiates an end of the recording of the media content event in response to determining that the identified text corresponds to the closing credits of the media content event.
Apparatus, systems and methods for controlling presentation of content using a multi-media table
US Patent 10,382,806
August 13, 2019
Media content presentation systems and methods are operable to control content presentation on a touch-sensitive display of a multi-media table that is communicatively coupled to a media device that is operable to access the media content. An exemplary embodiment receives, at the multi-media table from the media device, a media content event; presents the media content event on a portion of the touch-sensitive display of the multi-media table; detects a gesture-based touch movement made by a user on the touch-sensitive display; determines an intended user command based on the detected gesture-based touch movement; generates a media device command when the intended user command is configured to control presentation of the media content event; and communicates the generated media device command from the multi-media table to the media device, wherein the media device controls the media content event in accordance with the received media device command.
Network security based on device identifiers and network addresses
US Patent 10,382,436
August 13, 2019
Techniques for network security are disclosed. In some implementations, an evaluation module determines whether a network communication from a computing device is allowable. The allowability of the communication is determined based on (1) whether the computing device is using an authorized source network address, and (2) whether a non-modifiable identifier of the computing device is authorized. The non-modifiable identifier is a fixed hardware identifier of the computing device, such as an identifier of a CPU, network interface card, storage device, or the like.
Anomaly detection using device relationship graphs
US Patent 10,382,303
August 13, 2019
Embodiments are directed to monitoring network traffic in a network. A device relation model that may be comprised of two or more nodes and one or more edges stored in memory of the network computer may be provided to a network monitoring computer (NMC), such that each node represents an agent and each edge represents a relationship between two agents. If error signals are detected by the NMC, the NMC perform further actions to process the error signals. The device relation model may be traversed to identify agents associated with the error signals. The network traffic associated with the error signals and the agents may be analyzed by the NMC. If the error signals are associated with anomalies in the network traffic, users may be notified. The device relation model may be updated upon discovery of new computing devices, new applications, or new associations between agents.
