Miles Yanick

Miles is a litigator with over 25 years of experience successfully resolving a wide range of disputes for individuals and businesses in federal and state courts.  Miles has represented clients in matters involving patent infringement and misappropriation of trade secrets, noncompetition agreements, commercial contracts, real property disputes, partnership and shareholder disputes, securities fraud and other business torts, trust and estate disputes, and employment discrimination, including class actions.  Miles combines a practical, common-sense approach with finely honed legal skills, including the ability to cut quickly to the heart of a case, make strategic use of the litigation tools available, and tell a compelling story.

Before joining Lowe Graham & Jones, Miles was a partner at Savitt Bruce & Willey for 13 years; he also practiced with Davis Wright Tremaine, Riddell Williams, and the King County Prosecutor’s Office (Civil Division) and as a law clerk to the Honorable Carolyn R. Dimmick, then Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington.  Miles is a graduate of the University of Michigan Law School, magna cum laude.
