Systems and methods for desktop data recording for customer agent interactions
Methods and systems for data recording for customer-agent interactions are described. The described system may include a Desktop Data Recording Client (“DDRC”), which is an application or other module installed on an agent’s computing system or device that collects and records various data types from a computer desktop and telephone during a phone or electronic interaction with a third party, such as a customer. The DDRC can be configured to stop and restart data collection and recording of sensitive data for security purposes to ensure that this type of data is not stored or retrievable. The specific data types that may be collected and recorded include: voice recording, computing device screen capture, desktop data collection at a summary and/or detailed level and in call-based on continuous modes, and recording start/stop indications.
U.S. Patent No. 9,095,122
Acoustic tag having a digestible fuse
Acoustic tags have been used for years in fisheries research to study survival and behavior of fish in various aquatic environments. The described techniques, devices and systems enhance the ability of researchers to understand the effect on fish mortality by predators through an acoustic tag that includes a digestible fuse. When the implanted acoustic tag comes in contact with the digestive fluids in a predator’s stomach, the fuse coating is dissolved causing the fuse to disintegrate and result in an open circuit. The open circuit in turn signals the electronics in the acoustic tag that the tagged fish has been consumed. In response, the electronics alter the tag transmit signal to indicate that predation has occurred.
U.S. Patent No. 9,670,945
Retention system and method for a wing
A retention system includes a base supporting a wing spar and a post extending through the base from a first side of the base to a second side of the base. The post inserts through an aperture in the spar. A stop is selectively securable to the post over the second side of the base. A locking member engages the post on the first side of the base. The locking member is configured to selectively move the post from an unlocked position to a locked position in which the post is withdrawn toward the first side relative to the unlocked position. A biasing member encircles the post and is positioned between the stop and the second side. When the locking member is in a closed position the biasing member expands to engage the aperture and resist movement of the wing spar. A plurality of cradles may support the wing.

Rotational sensor and methods therefor
The invention is a rotational sensor to sense an object’s angle and methods to analyze the sensor output. The sensor has a first emitting source, to either emit onto, or from the object, a first receiving sensor, to receive emissions from the first emitting source, either directly or indirectly, the emissions received dependent on said angle, first receiving sensor outputting a first signal a course measurement of the angle. Also present is a second emitting source, to emit onto, or from the object and a second receiving sensor, to receive emissions from the second emitting source, either directly or indirectly the emissions received again dependent on said angle, second receiving sensor outputting a second signal, as a fine measurement of the angle. A method of use of the sensor is disclosed together with a method of combining the fine and course measurements to output a signal with zero error.
