Lowe Graham Jones has again been ranked highly among America’s Leading intellectual property lawyers by Chambers USA. This prestigious publication, calling itself “The Client’s Guide,” has ranked the firm among the best in Washington for the seventh year in a row.

Over the years, this prestigious listing of law firms has described Lowe Graham Jones as a firm that has quickly developed an enviable practice, having made “tremendous strides in a relatively short space of time.” The Chambers listing is primarily derived by feedback from lawyers outside the firm and clients of the firm, and that feedback makes the ranking especially satisfying. Here are some of the things our clients have said:

The firm “is great about taking into account the business constraints when offering legal advice”

Clients feel “spoiled by the attention that the lawyers at the firm lavish upon them.”

“Larry Graham’s advice always balances what is ideal with what is reasonable from a business perspective. . . he is a great litigator and speaker. He is tenacious in defending his clients’ interests” and is “an excellent choice for patent litigation.”

The firm offers “solid value to a good client list.”

The litigators at the firm “have a sage approach to litigation and advice generally.”

The system includes an acquirer server in communication with an issuer server through communication with a data control center. A remote terminal, located with the merchant, is in communication with the acquirer. The terminal is configured to forward the transaction amount and user data the card contains through communication with the acquirer, and in turn, to the data control center for authorization. The data control center assigns an identification code to the transaction and forwards the identification code, the transaction amount, and the user data to the issuer for inclusion in records of the transaction. The issuer server initiates a portable communications device communication to the user at a portable communications device.

The mobile communications network associated with a received call page is determined based on caller identification (CID) included in the call page and information of local exchange codes and associated mobile carriers stored in local memory of the mobile device. The method determines if the mobile communications network associated with the received call page is valid with regard to an exceptions list. Next it is determined if the determined mobile communications network associated with the call page matches the mobile communications network associated with the mobile device based on the validity determination. The exceptions list identifies phone numbers that have been ported to a mobile communications network that is different that the determined network.

A raw-data datastore during data analysis and feature recognition abstracts away and/or reduces dependency upon typically required components of datastore training. The datastore functions to store the original data values of a data set selection, which can represent a known feature. In some embodiments, the original data set is retained as the raw data value set referenced by the raw-data datastore. The use of this raw-data datastore eliminates the need for continued manual retraining of the original data values and patterns, which can be associated with a particular known feature, each time the pluralities of evaluation algorithms and/or the target data area are altered, changed, modified, or reconfigured.
