Mark Lorbiecki is a registered patent attorney and focuses his practice on patent prosecution; patent, copyright, trademark, and trade secret litigation; intellectual property due diligence; intellectual property license and purchase contracts, and intellectual property agreements in the context of employment.
Mark earned a mathematics degree from Saint Thomas University in Saint Paul, Minnesota in 1979, and a law degree from the University of Minnesota in 1982. In 1998-99, Mark completed the electrical engineering curriculum at the University of Washington. Prior to joining LOWE GRAHAM JONES PLLC, his practice emphasized commercial litigation and employment law, primarily in the Seattle area. Between 1980-85, he served as a Judge Advocate in the U.S. Navy.
Mark is currently the vice president elect of the Washington State Bar Association, Intellectual Property Section. He was the President in the 2004 term of the Washington State Patent Lawyers Association.

Mark has been twice selected to deliver the “Best of the Best” CLE presentations for the Washington State Bar Association. He has been the CLE Chair for WSBA program “Intellectual Property for the Rest of Us” for its five sessions.
